Memorial Day Weekend Wrapup

Welcome back EC Fans. We hope you all had an incredible Memorial Day weekend as did we. Our holiday weekend started off with a cool Thursday blowout at Sullivan's Ringside. We celebrated a lot of birthdays in true EC style. Friday we took the BIG SHOW to Pier 121 on Lake Lewisville. What an incredible turnout as it is every year and the dock was rockin' baby! A special thanks to Dee Lincoln and all her awesome staff at Dinghy who made sure we were well taken care of. In rare fashion EC decided to take off the rest of the weekend and spend it with family and friends to celebrate the holiday and honor our military. What a great weekend!

This week we have two cool shows for you to come hang with us. Thursday we will be back at Sullivan's Ringside where the elite meet to dance to the beat. Friday we will be performing a special show for a very good friend of ours; Big Al from KISS-FM. He has one of the hottest new clubs in Uptown, The Mat (McKinney Avenue Tavern). This place is going to be slammed so make sure to arrive extra early. Thanks again for making our shows so much fun and we appreciate every single one of you. See you at a show near you.

Memorial Day Weekend Updates!

EC Fans, another awesome weekend of shows and so glad you were a huge part of it. Thursday we performed at Sambuca 360 where the dance floor saw so much action we spilled over into the seating areas. What a crowd. Friday we performed at the 'til Midnight Music and Movie Series at the Nasher in the downtown Dallas Arts District. We did not let a little rain stop us from providing you what you came to hear. Thanks for sticking it out with us. Saturday night was a real treat. The Deerfield HOA Rock the Block Party. Thanks to all the folks from the Deerfield area along with die hard EC fans that came out to enjoy a beautiful night of music and friends. We truly had a blast and enjoyed hanging out with each and every one of you. This week we celebrate Memorial Day Weekend and the start of summer. We start off with a bring in the weekend party at Sullivan's Ringside. Arrive early to get a good spot. Then Friday the BIG PARTY everyone has been waiting for. We Rock the Dock at Pier 121 just outside of Dinghy's. This annual event is one HUGE crazy party and every year it gets bigger and better. Have a great safe Memorial Day weekend and make sure to honor and thank those who serve or have served in our armed forces. We owe them all a huge debt of gratitude. See you at a show near you!

The Latest in EC News!

EC Fans, we want to thank all our awesome fans that came out to see us at Sullivan's Ringside last Thursday. We had a blast performing a public show for the first time in 2 weeks. Friday we were in McKinney at the Rock the Inn event raising awareness and funds for The Samaritan Inn. Thanks to all that came out and made this special event a success. Saturday we took the BIG SHOW on the road again, this time to Fredericksburg, TX in the beautiful Hill Country. Take a look at the picture attached, what a fun bunch.This week you have three chances to catch EC, Thursday we are finally back at Sambuca 360 in North Dallas. This joint will be slamming as EC packs it out every time. Make sure to call ahead for reservations or get there early. Friday we are at the Nasher Sculpture Center in the Dallas Arts District downtown performing at the Til Midnight Music and Movie Series. These are always fun and the Nasher is a beautiful setting for a fun family night out. Saturday we will be at the Deerfield Rock the Block Party in Plano. This event was so much fun last year and we look forward to seeing all of you there again. The City is Back and Ready for May Action!!

We made it back all in one piece from our Texas Two Step Tour. We hit San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, back to Houston for three dates and back to Dallas all in 8 days. Whew!!! Check out one of the fun pics from a show! Now that we are back, we have two shows for you to catch us. Thursday night we will be back at Sullivan's Ringside throwing down some killer dance beats and grooves. Friday we are performing at the "Rock the Inn"fundraiser event at the Cotton Mill in McKinney. This is to raise awareness and funds benefiting the Samaritan Inn which helps the homeless in our communities. Friday night we have a private show but our sister band Downtown Fever will be kicking off the Main Street Festival in Grapevine performing the prime time slot at 7:30pm on the Main Gaylord Texan Stage. Hot May Emerald City News!

Well May is upon us and we have already started off on the road. Before we left, we performed a great full show at Sullivan's Ringside. Plenty of birthdays on hand and the dance floor was never empty. We then hit the road and performed at a fun wedding in Houston. Check out the picture attached. What a fun bunch. The next 11 days are full of private events, taking us to Houston, San Antonio and back to Houston. We will be back in Dallas May 12 at Sullivan's Ringside so make your plans now to be there. Our sister bands Limelight and Downtown Fever will be performing public shows while we are gone. Thursday May 5 Limelight is at Cool River in Las Colinas. Downtown Fever will be at Sambuca 360 Thursday night and at Down Under in Frisco on Friday night. Make sure to check these great bands out while we are out of town.
