Wedding at the Four Seasons 11-08-08

We got kinda crazy last Saturday night at the Four Seasons Hotel.

It was a big wedding reception and everybody was in on the party including Deno, who revealed his new hairdo!!

The girls were also in on the act....Lyn. Michelle and Lisa.

Maverick's Season Opener

We played for the Maverick's season opener last week and they unveiled the new logo for the 2010 All Star game to be played in the new Cowboys stadium. We rocked the crowd there and got our picture with the Mav's owner, Mark Cuban.

Wedding at the Adolphus 9-27-08

This is a wedding we played last month at the Adolphus Hotel in downtown Dallas. It was a fun crew and everybody had a great time. Pic#1 is us cutting up in the lobby between sets. Pic#2 is the bride getting her groove on. Pic#3 is Emerald City rockin' the house and Pic#4 is Clay taking everybody home on the "Love Train!!"

Pic#1 is our view coming into Ireland Very pretty and green.. reminded me of a picture on a puzzle. Pic#2 We got off the plane through customs and a bus took us right to front door of our hotel. Pic#3 This was part of our tour where we saw Viking ruins and this lake was part of the site where the movie Braveheart was filmed.

It's been a while!!! but I'm back...

Ok first of all let me apologise for not posting anything for a while. I could come up with plenty of excuses but the would all be pretty lame I'm sure. So, without further adieu, let me catch you up on whats been happening with Emerald City.

We have play a few clubs... Here's a few pics from the last time we were at Cape Buffalo.

A couple of weeks ago we were in Dublin, Ireland. It was the second time we were invited to perform there and much fun was had by all. There evidently is no band like EC over there, so the people go nuts!!

Sullivan's Thursday Night

Hello people..... Last night we worked the crowd into a frenzy at Sullivan's. If you missed it it, oh well...I'll forgive you this time, but come on and get out of the house next time you hear that we will be there. You don't even need to be out late.

I hope everybody has a great Labor Day weekend. We will be at the lake on Sunday so I'll try to post some pics next week.

Wow!!

I have been really busy and don't even know where to start. We play a wedding over in Cowtown a few weeks ago and ran into our good buddies from f8 photography. Here's a few pics they shot which turned out really awesome. We also celebrated Billy Rodriguez' birthday Aug 8th out at Glass Cactus. Bob Cowain took some great pics there also. If this keeps up you won't have to be subject to any of my lame photography. Also included is a vid from Down Under a couple of weeks ago.

Memphis July 29

We had a rare Tuesday night performance at Memphis last night..The pics aren't great but hey, it's history right? By the way, if anyone has a suggestion on a good camera for shooting in nightclubs let me know. I would write more but I'm too sleepy right now...
